Hormone Levels…not really the most glamorous thing to talk about it, but it’s real life and something to be aware of even as early as your 30s! If you wear many hats like me (wife, mom, employee, etc) then it’s easy to assume your exhaustion is just “normal”. ***
After meeting with Jill & Dr. Gentry, I found I have levels that are anything but that. Thanks to our discussions and his recommended, personalized approach – I’m on my way to finding out how much better “normal” should actually feel🙌😁

Possible signs of hormonal imbalance:

Difficulty sleeping at night

Lack of energy and fatigue during the day

Reduced mental focus, memory and poor con­centration

Moody, anxious or depressed

Weight gain, including increased fat arou­nd the midsection

Inability to lose weight regardless of healthy diet and exercise

Decreased muscle strength

Muscle and/or joint pain

Reduced sexual desire and performance
